just like Henry Ford. and by the way, black paint was the cheapest back then.
he was a cheap bastard.
although, he did end up paying his workers more so they would stay after learning
the job. it wasn’t much though, just a little bit more to keep them there.
And black paint that he used dried faster then colored paint

My wife and I camp quite a bit around the Lancaster PA area. We constantly joke about stopping at a carriage dealer on 340 between Bird in Hand and Intercourse. You know go in and kick the tires so to speak, “how much extra for a convertible or white walls…….”
