it really very simple, they want everyone to be serfs. it started years ago with big
money assholes buying FARM LAND. why is that ? simple to control people
use food. and boy oh boy are they. that is why you should go out of your way to buy from local farmers as much as you can now. otherwise some asshole like Billy boy will buy up the farm. your average kid today of 24-25 has no chance in hell of getting a house. and of course the assholes with the money to buy up everything are very good friends with the assholes who raise your taxes every chance they can getaway with doing that. kind of funny/sad but years ago having a Gov’t job was kind of like a joke as it didn’t pay much. NOW, they about the only jobs you can get that still offer a pension. and pay more to boot than the outside does.
The other side of that coin……there used to be a huge tax incentive to be a homeowner.
These days, it’s gone. Wife and I do very well and own a nice home. The standard deductions are still more advantageous than itemized deductions.
It like TPTB want you to be a renter, forever.
