I thought it was because my parent thumped me on the back of the head when I did something stupid with my friends and said, “Sooo, if everybody is jumping off a cliff, you are going to, too?” And they finished with, “God put a head on your shoulder to be more than a hat rack. Use It!” was the reason I have some critical thinking skills.
It’s a very long list why you’re not invited or welcome at social functions. I don’t have time for explanations.
You have oodles of time.
never got invited to all of the parties or bbqs at work. but if one of them had a problem, guess who they called first. yup. had one boss who told her replacement to never ask me anything unless she wanted the truth about how things where going.
even so, they got rid of me as soon as they could do so. fine. didn’t like the new bosses anyway. the new leadership was sinking the company anyway. I could see it and left 6 months before it exploded. funny part was old ex co workers asking me for a “in” where I was now. yeah, no.
She called me a Neanderthal, and I liked it!

I’m not antisocial. I’m nonsocial and I like it that way.
Now that makes sense. 23&me says I have 75% more Neanderthal DNA than the average person.
