A VERY quick summary, his Step Daughter shot herself in the head right in front of his Ex Wife with Gretchen’s pistol, in Gretchen’s parent’s house.
I’ve kinda kept quiet about this out of respect and to give the poor bastard some breathing room.
Deceased Step Daughter just had another baby, a boy, four months ago, to go with the two young daughters she had already lost custody of.
On top of it all, he recently lost his job so any shekels he can get his hands on are pretty much spoken for before they even arrive.
Needless to say, that fuckin’ Big Country has more shit coming at him than every Soap Opera I ever heard of in my 66 years of being on this planet, combined.
So if you can help the poor bastard out, he and his entire entourage would be most grateful.
The expenses occured so far are in the THOUSANDS of dollars.
Just taking care of her body and the necessary cleaning of the scene ran over $5K, and that is with a “Professional Courtesy Discount” from some guy he knows from back in the day who does that kind of thing for a living now,
It’s an absolute NIGHTMARE.

he is also getting back with the ex who knifed his dog intentionally.

Don’t forget that the ex stole the money donated by readers for the vet bill, or so we were told. There’s a line between helping a guy out and enabling, for me this guy is way over the line.
while reading BCE bleg (as he calls it) from time to time is entertaining, when he waxes poetic about his personal exploits, trials and tribulations – my reading is often done with a side eye because – well, yes he brings a lot of this crap on hisself.

Doesn’t anyone put anything back for a rainy day anymore…I always try and keep some back for an emergency fund whatever that may be…For a guy who has 400 dollar kitchen knives, goes on cruises and across the country to see a movie, buys a belt fed, with ammo to go with it you would think he would have a some stuffed away and not have to go begging right away…All that clean up stuff he didn’t have to cover all he said he had to buy was the bassinet… Now taking someone back in after all the shit she caused him will probably start costing him money again so Yea he’s probably going to need it but just be aware of what you are enabling/funding because it’s all going to her you can guarantee it…
yeah. I kind of wonder about that bit too. not that I go on vacations
or buy belt fed uppers. after all, SSD and what little I get from the VA and OPM doesn’t really cover a lot. that said, I have sent him some help/money in the past. but hurting my dog ? no. that is a line even my EX knew better than to cross. BTW, ammo is not cheap as it once was. the days of surplus 5.56 at 19 cents a round are long gone. but even as little as I do have. I keep a rainy day fund on hand.

Having dealt with “Bat-Shit crazy” in the past, I’m not gonna judge. It does however seem that he either has really bad luck, or needs to reevaluate his life choices. That being said, my choices and the resulting outcomes haven’t always been something I’m proud of.
Dealing with kids always can be a challenge, wife/ex wife witnessing her daughter commit suicide will likely have some long lasting negative effects. I wish him the best, but it’s gonna be a rough ride for him and the family. In the days to come.
