Corporate Suicide

As of yesterday Bud Light had lost 6 Billion dollars due to their sucking up to the Woke faction of society.

Sticking their hand in a bucket of ice water and then slapping their customer base right in the mouth turned out to be not such a good idea.

Who’d a thunk it?

When even Joe Bob The Welder starts making videos with his girlfriend mocking your dumb ass, you have a serious problem.

This event should be educational to all sides.

For Anheuser Busch and corporations everywhere, the lesson here should be pretty obvious.

Don’t intentionally piss off your customers by pandering to their antithesis.

For the rest of us, the lesson is that we are like bees.

Piss enough of us off and it’s going to leave a mark you won’t ever forget.

Losing 6 Billion dollars in two weeks did just that for some folks at Budweiser.

I don’t care who you are, that is serious money.

You can guarantee that every CEO in the world just watched what happened here.

Here’s something else to file away.

All us Peons are already pissed off by the shenanigans being pulled all over the world.

Because while this has all been non violent and a great opportunity to wage a little economic war right back, plus unleash the contempt, sarcasm and ridicule that has been so richly deserved in this instance, all of that is like the gift wrapping on a present of furious hatred that has been simmering for decades.

A very thin veneer if you will.

There are some things in this world you just don’t fuck with.

The French Revolution started because the people had no bread to eat.

It would be the epitome of American style to see one start here over Beer.

Works double for old trucks…

I have been waiting to post this Phil, on successful completion of the repairs of your truck. I am proud to post it now. If you don’t look back at your truck when you walk away, you are not a truck owner… I still do after 23 years of owning my old beast. Here is to you owning the Red Dragon for 23 years and at that time still able to look back at her and smile.
