I think the poison frog hair & septum piercings are utterly fantastic, and to be strongly encouraged to all women. They are coven hazard warning signals visible from a distance, and especially valuable in the workplace.
I don’t give a single damn why they do it. It’s mental illness. I’m just really glad these women are so very, very clever that they mark themselves for ready identification.
I told my kids if they wanted to do something stupid consider piercings or hair color. When you grow up these are easily reversable. Tattoos aren’t.
