    • True, true, but you have to admit Bob from Minnesota at least managed to create one great song (though it had to be reworked by Jimi Hendrix) “All along the watchtower”.
      We can all relate to the geezer (though I’m no spring chicken myself at almost 60) – 70’s, 80’s and part of the 90’s rock was great. After that things went to hell and you could barely find some good song and almost never great songs; everything is now guided by the “time-to-market” principle and rehashing old tunes is considered “creativity”.
      When our generation passes there’s going to be hardly anybody able to appreciate great music…

  2. You put another headbanger song up Phil? That means I have to dig deeper and find a soulful Country and Western song from the 40s to counteract that one… Damn you make work for me!
