Heck, I must have 20 zooming around here today. I refill the 5 feeders every day. Have to wear safety glasses they get so mad at you in their territory, might poke me in the eye.
At his peak my friend fills 4-5 32 oz a day
Put up a hummingbird feeder several years ago and had one or two sip from it. I got out my Nikon camera to take pictures but I couldn’t get close enough for a great pic. Went out and spent $450 on a longer lens………..never saw another freaking bird.
Because they were in attack mode.
Strange this year, many disappeared about 3 weeks ago at my friends. He is a high level conservationist but did not know if there was a die off, he thought maybe the heat moved em on.
