You mean a helpline where every 45 seconds they spend 15 seconds telling you that your call is important, and 30 seconds repeating the same ‘sign in on our badly designed webpage and buy more stuff’ spiel.
You have to be tenacious to find a different domestic phone number. I love defeating the system even though I have a hell of a lot fewer systems to deal with these days.
