I really don’t know, I’be never driven through Arksnsas. We took a bus from Texas to get to JRTC.
For me to worry about it I’d have to be in Arkansas & that ain’t happening again. Only reason I went was for waterfowl hunting & I can do that here.
Moral of the story: if you’re going to take the old outdoor piss, do it with enough concealment that you aren’t witnessed, especially by pigs. It’s a quick way to pick up an indecent exposure charge too, depending on how much they want to fuck with you. This guy was apparently drunk, so he double screwed himself by being in a state where his judgement was compromised.
“This guy” is a former police officer and now a lawyer in Arkansas. I have watched a number of his Yube Tube videos.
To clarify, the “this guy” I was referring to was the quarterback who got mowed down by cops in the news footage posted by Bear Claw, not the video of the lawyer in the original post. My reply didn’t nest where intended, which screwed up the context.
You may be able to pee on the street in Arkansas but don’t you dare drive through the state with the temporary tag on a new vehicle in a non-state approved location.
Bought a new truck in Ohio and was returning to the desert compound when I was informed the Ohio dealer didn’t know Arkansas law. Officer Friendly was on a fishing expedition because 20 minutes later I was sent on my way with no ticket or warning.
