People drive like they have sh*t for brains and completely overlook the fact that there’s no place to go in the event of loss of vehicular control in an accident.

I saw something similar just last week. An idioit in a subaru wagon did not bother to look before decided he needed to change lanes because he wanted to go straight and he was in the right turn lane. This clown did not bother to look and see if the lane was open he damn near a 3/4 ton pickup in the lane he wanted to be in.I was behind him and hit my horn to wake him up The ENTITLED CLASS STRIKES AGAIN.
The black pick-up’s driver was being a dick but the other driver might be at fault legally. I’d be interested to see how the police and insurance companies apportion blame.
Where I live the liability falls on the driver who has the last chance to avoid the accident. If contact occurs on your front door or fender you are at fault because you should have braked.
If nothing else they can get the guy for leaving the scene of an accident.
I’m amazed at how casual he was about the whole thing, like he’d done it before and one handed while feeding his face.
Saw that the other day. When my vehicle not worth saving would like to do the same. One word for the P/U driver, DUMBASS.

Also known as failure to yield – no need to defend your position on the road with everybody’s life. Somebody gives you a turn signal, make room if you can.
