  1. I had a few of the bottom left cars, I had forgotten about them.
    I loved them.
    The green army men were great too. They always beat the crap out of the dinosaurs.
    Too bad they didn’t survive the BB gun wars.

  2. I had a set of heavy equipement complete with a filling station. I was so convinced that the colored liquid was diesel that I broke it open to be sure. Unfortunately that destroyed the pump.

    I painted pink the helmuts on brother’s green army men. Thereby necessitating the obvious fix which was to light them on fire and watch the flaming plastic snuff onto the fire ants in the backyard.

  3. I got a good zap when my all metal hook and ladder fire truck crossed the tracks of brother’s train.
    I swear, the transformer for the train spat out 3 phase 440v

  4. My family did not have much when I grew up. I was born last by 6 years in the 50s and got usually 1 thing for my birthday and Christmas. The gifts were not much but usually things like soldiers.
