Happily. At the moment I look like something out of a horror movie, thanks to a bad fall a few days ago that left me with gaping gash in my forehead and an enormous deep purple bruise and hideous swelling around my right eye. I’m no beauty at the best of times, but right now I look downright scary. So yes, I’ll look forward to seeing that check. Or could I have it in cash?
Do we need to set up a “Go Fund Me account” for you to purchase a motorized wheel chair and a wheeled walker?
Thanks for the thought, but I’m perfectly ambulatory. Because I managed to fracture both my skull and my spine, I’m in a neck brace, so I can’t drive, but luckily for me my husband doesn’t mind driving me around. He keeps reminding me that I had to do it for him recently when he had hip replacement surgery. Good thing we weren’t both struck down at the same time!
