That is a 500cfm Holley, particularly the 4412 part number. I doubt it is the puny 350cfm / 7448. Typically won’t fit a SBC without a dedicated manifold or utilizing an adapter plate.
That one is probably somebody’s Spec Class circle track carb, as the choke components have been removed. I have one like that on the shelf.
I see a three barrel, but looked all over the picture and didn’t see a carburetor….
