Dave and Chuck, I suggest you blokes try tapentadol hydrochloride SR in whichever brand name is used in the US. I don’t notice any side effects from it, that other strong pain pills may cause, and an extended release or sustained release formula means you get enough pain relief without a junkie’s rush. You fellows may find it useful to get through a working day with much less debilitating pain, but still be quite safe and alert when operating dangerous plant and machinery.
