It works if one month has 29 instead of 28. So instead of this “thirty days has September, April, June and November & etc. you have “all the months have 28 except February, which has 29.
Or March, or whatever the new 13th month ends up getting named.

It’s especially funny where at the end he says that people believe stuff but don’t know why.
