Johnny Strabler huh. Guess it took a generation or two for The Wild One to wear off. But as far as 50’s icons go….Probably way better than what we have today.

If I wanted to copy any film actor’s style it would be Gregory Peck.
Johnny was a bully and a punk. Now Chino (Lee Marvin) was the guy young bikers aspired to be. He had coolness.
Lee Marvin played the bad guy in the movie “The Man Who Shot Liberty Valence”. The guy playing the lead, in an interview, said in the scene where Liberty calls him out he just about had to go back to the dressing room for a change of underwear.
Nope, Steve McQueen in The Great Escape. Chino would be my number two.
Lee Marvin in either The Dirty Dozen or The Big Red One.
