That chain link fence is for the water pumping station on my former neighbors property. Utahns are rather touchy about their water supplies.
The private propety sign was something our neighbor put up because we all got tired of fucktards driving onto our respective properties to see what was there or find the (nonexistant) shortcut to Three Peaks.
Stayed in Cedar City as a kid on family vacation. I remember an old restaurant/bar there that had bullet holes in the wall behind the bar. They claimed em real from old west days.
