Illegal Aliens have bankrupted every hospital in the country.
The reason most people don’t know this is because The Federal Government, Inc., keeps shoveling them cash to cover for it.
Not only that.
For us Americans that do not have insurance controlling the costs, any bill written out to someone without insurance gets a zero added.
I learned that when one of my boys, in his twenties and without insurance had to go to urgent care and got a ginormous bill.
Having raised five boys I have made plenty of urgent care visits, and anything at worst was a bill of something like $450, but for my kid, without insurance, it was $4500.
THAT pays not only for greed, but for ILLEGALS.
Medicare pays the lion’s share of our costs, and even so the copays are obscene. Luckily for us, we can afford them, or at least we have been able to so far… but what about other old folks on fixed incomes? I feel sorry for them.
New plan, all of us need to wear ice gear when we go to the doctor or ER.
That was the plot of the recent HBO show The Pitt. Ice shows up to get their prisoner medical attention. Half the waiting room and several of the nurses and cleaning crew took off. The episode treated this as a bug not a feature.
The other disturbing fact…..minimal white fellas are going into doctor school. More and more females and forehead dot Indians are in the industry.
