No kidding, I drove one of those offset cab versions and I was shifting more than driving it.
Bring back the Nokia 3310. I could hold it in my right hand, behind my head, and still send text messages using T9, in my 5-speed Mustang GT.

I surmise you are smoking that Northern Canuck Peyote. Those pedals are in the correct sequence for an American car, but knowing Canada is a Commonwealth with ass-backward Brits that drive on the wrong side of the road.
