  1. Ahhh, fried bologna sammiches, good stone ground mustard, thinly sliced sweet onion, on white toast. Heaven. I’m sure my cardiologist would scream.

  2. Remember that vintage meat grinder posted here this week? I still have the one my mom owned and one of the things it was used for was to coarse grind bologna and hard boiled eggs which were then mixed with mayo, mustard and pepper and used as sandwich spread.

  3. I’ve always said that bologna is just a fat hotdog. A cold hot dog with mayo, lettuce and tomato and a slice of cheese is amazing!
