I worked in a high precision machine shop for 13 years, we had one guy who would walk by somebody’s work station and grab whatever their tools that were laying around, and balance them on the edge of death on the bench….he was a very funny dude !
In the old days, charging a condenser was a fun way to piss off a mechanic changing the points and condenser.
Lots of ways to do it, and it’s all fun and games till you pass the point of no return. Then it’s a guerilla war until management fires both of them for ruining shop morale.
I also love me magnetic compass torque wrench,a must have in every techs tool box!
As someone who’s worked in a shop, I’ve had home mechanics do each one of these before they decided to bring their vehicle in.
Pure evil, I LOVE IT
Having a mechanic-involved hobbyist for a Father, I was introduced to basic hand and machine tools. Visiting the big museum of science & industry added to my tool awareness. Owning a rigid frame HD helped me hone my own skills.
So I got a huge ROTF LMFAO dose from this post! Kudos!
