Footage of the United States and Israel military strikes in Iran Explosions and strikes hit multiple locations, including: – Tehran (capital): Multiple blasts in central/downtown areas, near the offices/residence of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, presidential complex, Ministry of Intelligence, Mehrabad Airport, University Street, Jomhouri area, and more. – Other cities/provinces: Isfahan, Qom, Karaj, Kermanshah, Tabriz, Lorestan. This follows failed nuclear negotiations Iran has reportedly responded with at least one retaliatory missile strike on a US air base in Qatar (minor damage, no casualties mentioned in initial reports).

      Where I grew up, a common saying was, “when someone says they’re going to kill you, take them seriously.” The Iranian ayatollahs have been swearing to kill us all at least since they grabbed the American embassy and held hostages for a year and a half (or whatever it was). It’s not like they haven’t killed dozens of Americans many times since 1979. There are already dozens (hundreds?) of Iranian infiltrators in our country. I take them at their word. My only objection is we should have done this 40 years ago.

      I see this as us being helped by Israel, not us helping them. That’s right, the “little satan is helping the Great Satan”.

        Try looking up CIA/Mossadegh/Shah for starters.
        Our government has been gaslighting us about Iran since they kicked the Shah out in 1979.
        This war has the potential to eviscerate our economy, while at the same time expending every last stored munition in our inventory.
        China and Russia and the rest of the non-Western world are laughing their asses off right now.

        China’s laughing as they know how many SM2 anti-missile missiles we have and are counting them off as they streak into the sky today. General Cain warned Trump that we didn’t have enough munitions to sustain more than a 7-10 assault.

        BTW China still hasn’t delivered the rare earths ordered from early 2025 for Raytheon. Wonder why?

  10. Giving Tehran and other parts of Iran a good waxing is a good idea. Should have been done in 1979. The issue will be the unintended and unforeseeable consequences. Nothing happens in a vacuum. The best laid plans still never turn out as planned.
