  1. Food fried in Bacon Grease just tastes better.

    I used to wonder why the Fish & Chips in England tasted better than the American attempts until I realized they fried ’em in good ol’ LARD!
    My wife makes Cast-iron-pan cornbread (with sorghum molasses!) and uses bacon grease. Everybody loves it!
