I’d like to interject here that hose who say the weather can be controlled have NO IDEA of isostasy, thermodynamics, physics, and especially mathematics involved in trying to “control” earthquakes, fires, floods, and other phenomena that only God has the ability to control.
Not saying that this isn’t possible, there are research projects that we most likely won’t know about for some years, but I will call bs on this video. Did the technology exist in 1811 when the New Madrid earthquake happened? how about all the hurricanes that were recorded before 1900? the dude is reaching, and not doing a good job of it.
