Back when I was a teen on the farm in the 70’s I got up at 5 am where I spent 40 minutes milking our 20 head of milkers. It would take another 10 minutes to feed out the rest of the livestock Breakfast was at 6 and I had to have a shower. We had a small operation that could sustain about 30 families in milk, eggs, chickens, pork, and beef.
