The question for me is not “how many times have ‘they’ done this” but it’s “who is actually behind this”?
There is a theory going around one of the biggest “resets” was the Great Flood.”. If recall, there was rampant evil everywhere, but also an enlightened society called Atlantis. Today, we have been saturated with evil, including religions that are the embodiment of evil (right, Mohammed?) and the debauchery and cruelty to children.
Somehow, if the reset included the extermination of the Elites, I would look forward to it.
But I have my doubts.

I’m 91 yrs old,
I haven’t noticed any resets of any sign of resets like Noah’s flood, but, but I think the world wars might qualify. In reading the scriptures I have found verses that imply that several of these type of events have transpired in times past.
The Jews in captivity in Egypt was this type of event in their time. GOD says he will not again flood the earth while discussing Noah’s flood, as if there had been one earlier.
I suggest getting a concordance Strongs or Young’s and look up many of sipitually missunder stood events in the scriptures
