that’s not the point ! the seat must be down for them at all times.
maybe if they didn’t wait until the last minute to go,,,,
I got in trouble once for leaving the lid down and the seat……
I put the lid down on purpose so they have to lift something.
The seat-up vs seat down “debate” is the penultimate “shit-test”. It is only beaten by bleating about the “wage-gap”.

Why do Yanks build houses with a combined bathroom and toilet? The rest of the (civilised) world manages to put the toilet in a separate small room of it’s own, except maybe for motels. Even budget priced homes have separate toilets.
