  1. Yeah, I tried it once about 40 years ago, and got sicker than hell. Totally Fubar’d that weekend.Yup, Hell of a drug.

  2. It is only been in the past 5 years or so have I grown to appreciate Clapton. My goodness, just how good is he?

    • BB King called him the greatest Blues player ever. All, really comes down to personal taste. He would be on my Mt. Rushmore, with Gary Moore, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and Buddy Guy

      • Yeah, Eric’s a top five for sure. I wouldn’t even consider SRV to be one of the top three Texas blues players. His brother Jimmy, Freddie King, and Johny Winter were the top three texas bluesmen. Shout out to Anson too!

  3. While appreciating Clapton’s skill and talent, I prefer JJ Cale’s version. Concerts with both of them playing together must have been worth witnessing, what is on youbtube is okay.
As for the drug itself, old farts like Phil and Deathray may have been around when it was genuinely an ingredient in Coca-Cola, but I’ve lived an innocent life myself. Shares are available now for transplantable portions of my liver, following my death.

    • And a better then 75% chance of speaking gibberish Aussie and have no one understand a word I am saying after a generous donation of your down under liver? I would rather succumb to cirrhosis and die a tortured, painful, lonely death…

      • You won’t be lonely at all, Cederq, for Guido will be listening to everything you say, and likely wishing that dogs had thumbs too. That way, she’d be able to use a knife to carve off swallowable chunks of your body, to save her loose teeth any pain
It’s not a poor dog’s fault that sometimes, they’re trapped in with their deceased owner’s body, and they can’t operate a damned can-opener!
