Got to see Trower back in 74. Lead-off band….Golden Earing……when Robin took the stageabout 200 joints were thrown up on the stage, Robin picks one up, lights it, and puts it on his bridge and started the show !

I saw him at Winterland in SF in ’77. Great show, even if it was a glorified cow palace.

I just saw him last fall in Vegas…every bit as good as when I saw him in the late ‘70s. Still totally old school…Strat played through a pair of Marshalls…the 1911 of guitar rigs 🙂
Saw him in 2012 at the bijou in tennessee, sounded just as good as in the late 70s, the whole band was good. looks as if the new drummer and bassists dont sound as good as the originals, but thats on video , so what do i know!
