  1. The 16th Amendment was never actually ratified. Only four states ratified it as it was written. The language in all the rest that ‘passed’ varied in some way from the original proposal. As an example, Oklahoma’s amendment says the Feds will pay each resident of Oklahoma an income.

      • Just kidding, I never heard that story Judy. We did only become a state 6 years before Wilsons Fed.

        • Here’s what I understand from the rabbit hole Husband went down about the IRS, The FED, and other curiosities he discovered while in the rabbit warren he found himself in. The IRS is a corporation out of Delaware, just like the Federal Reserve. You signed a contract with them on your first job with a W-4 form that said you agree to give them a portion of your earnings for life. Income tax evasion is a breach of contract that has been criminalized. Next up, they can only collect money from you, if you have a federal felony conviction or you live in a US territory. So for tax purposes, most of us are listed, deep in the records, as living in the Virgin Islands or with a federal conviction or both. With some letter writing you can find this information all out. With more letter writing, you can protest the information and request that you be removed from the system. I never bothered. I consider the whole system institutionalized slavery, similar to the student loan situation.
