I sure don’t have any answers for THIS one, Cederq!
He puts some of these up to keep us speechless, buddy.
The caption probably says “Hands Too Low”.
That, or she works in a “comfort house”.
That technique only works to revive someone if the heart is already pumping.
But it would weed out the obvious fakers.
So long as it is a female nurse, the ‘kiss of life’ given at this end would rouse the patient quickly.
Depends on the “nurse”…
