Yeah, I started having doubts about #14. Faye was my 2nd thought, and now I don’t remember what my initial thought was. Reading the other comments, I should’ve been able to get at least a few more of these.

People love to crap on Hi Points but I say a reliable firearm at price point most people can afford is a good thing. I got to shoot one of their 9mm carbines at the range one time and it was a tack driver at 50 yards. Only hits count and hit with a 9mm is better that a miss with anything else.
The pistols and carbine mags swap. Makes sense to me.
Few thousand rounds thru the 40 carbine and pistol both. No issues and yes, tack drivers
Not my favorites, but a decent choice for a poor man, a young man just starting out, or both, as is often the case.
They do have damned good customer service, and a lifetime guarantee. You don’t have to have bought it–if you own one & have a problem, they’ll fix it or replace the weapon.
