That would be cool to try. Hang it off the back porch eaves. I think we have humming birds around here. Pretty sure I’ve seen them once or twice, but we don’t have a feeder these days. Pretty sure it’s around the garage somewhere, so I could put it back up.
The problem is the mosquitoes have been known to rape the hummingbirds and either outright kill them or just leave them to die later. Sorta like the Islamic immigrants.
Hummingbirds eat mosquitoes.
Bird feeders are the avian equivalent of welfare.
The birds show up, shit all over the place, fight and destroy everything they can.
There is a rather succinct analogy regarding bird feeders, song birds, them destructive birds. So, I understand your opinion.
I only see hummingbirds, bees, wasps, and flutterbys at nectar hubs, though. Am I missing something?
