    • First time I have read it, I am about 3/4 the way through it. Tom Clancy was prophetic in that book concern what we have endured with this Covid crap in one of the subplots in the book. He saw the writing on the wall. I recommend reading it Bear Claw.

      • He was prophetic in all his books that I read.

Can’t remember which one that ended with a jihadi who crossed the southern border pulling a stinger out of a van in the cell phone parking lot in Phoenix and downing a passenger liner but I expected a real life copy cat of that after.

I will take you up on that reading Cederq

        • ps Read his older books, they were all great and a hell of a lot better than the hollyweird shit replicated from them.

  2. Irish Alzheimers – you forget everthing but the grudges

Agree about Rainbow Six. Great book and prophetic. Last good book Clancy wrote unless bear and the dragon came after and I misremember the order. Everything before was super-duper fantastic and I’ve read all multiple times.

Everything after was shit. As if a different person wrote them and I think they did

  3. For the great Gaels of Ireland
Are the men that God made mad,
For all their wars are merry,
And all their songs are sad.
