Christmas 2.0!

Oh Boy Oh Boy Oh Boy am I excited!

I don’t think anything will ever quite match my excitement in 1966 of getting my first Bike for Christmas because I can still remember it 56 years later but this is pretty damn close!

As is customary of late, when ever I am asked what I want for Christmas, I say Harbor Freight Gift Cards.

You may or may not remember a few years ago when I took a bunch of those, combined it with a 20% off coupon from those guys and walked out of there with a $259.00 6 inch Horizontal Band Saw for $185.

Well, I just beat that deal hands down.

I have been wanting one of these for MONTHS.

Patiently waiting for this day.

As requested, I got a bunch of Gift Cards for Christmas. The Wifely Unit alone chipped in $350. Between her, her sisters and The Kid, I managed to collect about $475.

I am also a, “Inside Track Club” member. That costs me $30 a year and pays for its self the first time I walk in there getting some discounts.

Well they had a 20% OFF coupon, with NO EXCLUSIONS for club members that ended today.

With that and the gift cards, I just walked out of there with THIS, for $69.85 cash out of my pocket and that includes a spool of cheap wire that didn’t come with it.

A SMOKING DEAL!!!

Now I have to get an Argon tank and some decent wire but OH BOY am I a Happy Camper!

Normal price in these things is $599, plus tax.

$70 bucks out of pocket?

Oh yeah, DADDY SCORED!

WHOO HOO!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

LOL! Someone Knows Me Very Well

I just got the perfect (for me) Christmas gift!

My friend Bill that I worked with for years just came by and dropped it off.

It’s perfect!

The father of a lady friend of his had it in a barn.

That guy has been dead for over 30 years. He worked in maintenance at the local Paper Mill over in Camas Washington.

He figures the rail was probably inside the mill property at one point originally.

Her Mother passed away recently and the barn and the property got cleaned up to sell.

My buddy took one look at it and knew where it needed to go.

He even donated a couple of cupped wire wheels to do the clean up with.

It also came in handy as a backdrop to a gift I got from my friend Leigh in the mail that got here just in time for Christmas.

That one is going up tomorrow.

I’ll Say The Words

Merry Christmas to you and your families.

The most precious thing any of us has is time.

The fact that so many of you choose to spend some of that precious commodity coming here to see what kind of silliness we have come up with humbles me beyond words.

I would like to thank each and every one of you for that.

I would also like to thank those of you who link to this place, have us on your Blogrolls and drive new people here as well.

I would very much like to say a special Thank You to my friend Kevin.

CederQ has literally kept this joint alive over the last year and I can guarantee you that there wouldn’t be a third of the content there is here without him.

Thanks Bud.

I would also like to submit a very special Thank You to the ladies who stop by and leave comments.

You have no idea how much that blows my mind.

So once again,

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL.

AND THANKS.

As for the rest of TPTB, JBT’s, LeftTards, Fucktards, Commie Fucking Bastards and ESPECIALLY the Mother WEFers,

Read it and weep.

Fuck Joe Biden

And Fuck this stupid Bint too.

All I can say is that instead of costing me $125 to fill my tank the other day, it only cost me $85.

Which is still about $30 more than it did when Trump was in office.

100 Car Pileup In Ohio (Older Video)

There is some serious carnage going on here, watch the Semi’s coming in at full speed.

When I saw the first link they were saying it was recent but when I did a little digging it seems it was from a couple years ago. Still, holy shitballs.

Makes me even gladder I decided to stay home today.

Damn Glad We Went Shopping Yesterday

Because we aren’t going anywhere, anytime soon.

That isn’t snow.

It’s Freezing Rain.

For those fortunate enough to have never experienced it, count your blessings.

It was plenty cold here all day, down in the low 20’s.

About 8 this evening, the moisture came in. It’s still warm enough up a little higher that it comes down as rain. The ground however, is so cold that the second it hits, it turns to ice.

So that shot looking down the street is basically looking at a skating rink.

Last I saw, it’s supposed to do this off and on all night long. It may or may not turn to snow at some point. It’s also supposed to do some of both almost all day tomorrow too. Then the temps are supposed to shoot up and it will all melt away by Christmas Eve.

If you want to believe the weather people.

They have such a great track record ya know.

Either way, I see no damn good reason to even go out and scrape the windshield tomorrow.

I’m not going anywhere.
