Because the governments, either, federal, state, county or municipality own our roads and all the lands they are built on, they have the right to charge access, just like the feudal lords we thought we’d shaken off!

Lawsuits out the wazoo round these parts. Our goobernator pussed out and said all natives do not have to buy hunting and fishing licenses, let the courts decide. It sucks because our wildlife department Is 100% funded by those licenses.
Doesn’t help me, bought lifetime hunting license($125.00) while in highschool, years later Dad gave me the lifetime fishing for Christmas.
Bought my first granddaughter her lifetime combo before they moved, $800.00 or so 30 days later the price increase would put it over $1200.00,but it will pay for itself when she comes home and I take her deer hunting
