For ten years I use to drive 700 miles a week doing deliveries and of all the accidents I saw, about 85% of them involved black colored vehicles and the other 15% were silver or grey. I can’t remember seeing any colorful vehicle in accidents. Government stats confirm this.
It seems as though people in the 1950’s and 60’s were less afraid of standing out.
And I’m sure some punks of all ages think having a black car makes them appear tough. lol
#14 – Pops’ truck; the camper is a little short, though. Spent many a night camping all over Kansas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. We even rode out a tornado in that rig one night.
