    • Thank you Mike, that was poignant and fitting. We have lost a lot of trust and respect and a way of life. A disturbance in the Force if I may, we are looking back to what we had once and will travel back to that level of civilization again.

    #3 – Bamboo and bug nets? Wherever that is, I doubt I’d want to camp there.

    Lots of headware, because I guess back in old days, people wore hats, and coats and ties even, more often. Funny looking hat in #4 – ancestor of Sister Bertrille?

    #10 – Before the bikini. Such modesty.

  3. #8 – The Slide-Out (or maybe fold-out) expansion Trailer, and the Exterior Kitchen Door are Not a recent Invention.

    #14 looks similar to the Korean-War Surplus G.P. Medium that our Family had in the ’60s. Most of the Accessories were Surplus also, like the Folding Wood Cots with Mosquito Frames and Nets, Shelter-half ‘Pup Tents’ were for us Kids, the Coleman Lanterns and Stoves and Cookware. Us Kids ate out of Army Mess Kits, too. Going on all-Day Hikes, we were eating C-Rats that were Dated in the early ’50s. It was a more Civilized Time…
