I think the silver coupe with the couple cooking is a Dodge Colt(late 70s/80s). My dad had Colts, because Dodge sold them the entire time they were produced as his commute car. Dad was an accountant and squeaked a nickel until it bled…

Anyone remember wrapping food in aluminum foil and cooking it on the engine block while traveling?
Yep! Mom’s Specialty was fried chicken. I miss it. I also miss the ’55 Chebbie wagon it was cooked on… Them’s Were The Days!

Waitin’ for gas to get down to $3/gal before my Beaver hits the road. Gotta get it licensed in Utah first! Many good places to camp here, Colorado, Arizona, etc.
