  1. My morning smoothy has turmeric, ginger root, cayenne, papaya seed, and cloves. Along with the banana, and other fruits. I plan on living forever.

  2. I tried the turmeric, cayenne and ginger with a tblsp of organic apple cider vinegar diluted in 8oz of purified water every morning for a month. Didn’t do shit for my aches and pains.

    Both the turmeric and the cayenne were “organic”.
