Anyone who serves in the House or the senate or as president or on SCOTUS or as the governor of a state should be subject to an IRS audit every year they serve and for ten years after they leave office, zero exceptions.
I agree. Trump is suing the US government for $10 billion for the unauthorized release of his tax info while he was in office the first time. The same information that every president since Nixon voluntarily released. Any idea who gets to decide the payment?
…and after every one that knows anything about taxes combed through Trump’s return with a fine tooth comb, guess what the found?
Everything done according to the tax code. What did they actually THINK they were going to find?
Trump employs some of the best tax attorney’s money can buy. Does anyone REALLY think that he’d submit a fraudulent return or a return that looked the least bit shady?
I challenge EVERY SITTING and former CONgress critter, Senator and all of their aides to the same test.
Half of them haven’t submitted a return in years and/or the other half hide half the cash they get from lobbyists. Then there’s their stock trading that would get you or me thrown so far in jail they’d have to pipe us light.
The whole of DC is as crooked as a dog’s hind leg.
Wrong! A tax return is a claim. An audit proves or disproves the claim.
Trump and his business have been convicted of civil tax and other business fraud numerous times. In 2022 his business was convicted of criminal fraud. He threw CFO Weisselberg under the bus to
save his own ass.
He was personally convicted of criminal fraud in 2024 for fraudulent business documents.
In business or government Trump hires for loyalty, not integrity or competence.
As long as it’s a life sentence
x2!
