    They also claim it’s very high in protein, but the way they measure it counts the indigestible chitin as if it were protein. They also harbor parasites.

  2. Bears eat termites and other insects but bears are also usually infested with parasites.

  3. If chitin is counted as protein when measured as total nitrogen content, it’s fraudulent, since chitin is a polymer of N-acetylglucosamine subunits and contains no amino acids. Bastards!
