  1. No real technique, picked the guy up and threw him down then kicked him. Not much power on the kick, fairly restrained response which is why I think the bystanders seemed relaxed. I don’t know what the guy does in his spare time but he obviously stays in shape. My hair turned gray in my early 50’s, amazing the assumptions people make and the physical infirmities they assign you based on your hair. Dude is my inspiration for the gym.

  2. my dad was strong like that. did concrete work and block mason.
    even when he was in his 70s, you wouldn’t mess with him, if you had brains.
    he only went downhill in his early 80’s after heart surgery.
    used to know a stone mason- dad’s friend. he was rock solid until he died.
    again, early 80’s . I watched those two guys lift and move a 10 inch south bend like it was nothing. I used a engine hoist myself. I never saw anything not move after they grabbed it.

  3. It’s called “old man strong” for a good reason. He’s actually fortunate that the other ground apes present didn’t wade in to rescue the POS criminal. They tend to stick together when it comes to opposing whitey.
