    • 64 and I still average 6 hrs a night. Extreme exercise (which aint so much these days) may stretch that an hour or two. Off and on like a switch.

    2) sit in chair
    3) fall asleep
    4) wait for Catherine in her red sundress to wake me up with her tonsils.

  2. The apex of Old Age is a Recliner that automatically puts you to sleep within two minutes of sitting in it.

    Ask me how I know.

    ( I had to purchase a $1200 Laz-e-boy to be able to sleep at night, it works wonderfully!)
