Doesn’t work for me
64 and I still average 6 hrs a night. Extreme exercise (which aint so much these days) may stretch that an hour or two. Off and on like a switch.
Isn’t it:
1) turn on Pink Floyd
2) sit in chair
3) fall asleep
4) wait for Catherine in her red sundress to wake me up with her tonsils.

I go to the gym in the morning and sit in my chair in the afternoon and that it nap time.
