  1. But Cederq, what about the minimum safe distance required? And the minimum required for the projectile to arm? If the bad guys are too close, you’re better off with a shottie. Other than that, sure you should be able to have one. Just don’t mix up the goldtop frag and silvertop smoke rounds, a fire hazard. I’m told that the canister shot loads are shithouse though. Why not mount a Mk. 19 machine grenade launcher on your Chevy?

  2. “No permit required” I wish. I used to work for a company with four different BATF licenses, including manufacturer of destructive devices. You should have seen how easy it was for them to get their panties in a wad over the M203s we used for testing the 40mm rounds we made for the DoD. I’m glad I don’t have to put up with that crap anymore. After I left there, they decided that one of the M203s had changed from a legal weapon to an illegal weapon due to some obscure paperwork crap.

    And yes Johno, although the M32A1 is badass, I also would prefer a Mk. 19. as long as I had the ammo in sufficient supply. It has longer range as it is high velocity, not low velocity.
