  1. i have lived in the deep south for 40 yrs now and it has been great, but i want to go back home to the high desert in the Great Basin region in Nevada and Utah just one more time. you can see God’s hand on that country.

  3. I’m gradually converting the 21 4WD Tacoma into an overlander and driving the haul road from Fairbanks to Deadhorse up by Prudhoe Bay is a bucket list item. Don’t know if I ever will but you asked. At a minimum I’d like to at least get to the Yukon.
    Another item – we’re actually working on a return to commercial supersonic flight in the US and I’d like to get above Mach 1 once in my life even if it’s just as a passenger.
    I would also like to get a good in person look at Michelangelo’s Pieta. I find it astounding that he got that out of a rock. That was a rock.

    • One tab of either Purple Haze, Orange Wedges, or Sunshine, should do the trick!

    take a hike to Machu Pichu.
    watch a sunrise/sunset from Easter Island.

  6. Being old and broke, I don’t think much about that. Off the top of my head,

    Drive an Ariel Atom
    Backseat ride in an F/A-18
    Ocean tour in a submersible
    Build a hot rod

  7. Fanciful one for the list: Having my family survive and prosper following CW 2.0, if there is one, and hopefully there will not be.

    Real one: Walking my daughters down the aisle.

    • When my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer, she was told she had a 25% chance of still being alive in 5 years. Her youngest son was in junior high. Her bucket list was to see him graduate high school.

      She lived long enough to see him graduate. See three of her four children marry, and even got to meet her to oldest grandchildren. She lived 8 years after that diagnosis.

      Walking your daughters down the aisle is a great item to have on a bucket list.

  8. one thing is another long motorcycle trip , just me and my Superglide chewing up the miles headin west. another is catching a ride on a sail boat , if you haven’t taken a ride in a sail boat do it its a hoot . It’s a whole ‘nother animal compared to motorboating . I also want to take a long train ride . At one time a bucket list item was to catch a football game at Lambeau Field but the whole “Take a knee ” thing got me to quit caring about sports so that one got scratched off the list.

  9. Checked off one a week ago. Got to fire a Ma Duece. Cut center 1,2,3,4,,,,,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20 times

    M60 as well and a couple others. Need a Barret now

  10. I checked of two items last month, see a game at Fenway Park and see the Savannah Bananas play. I saw 2 Braves/Sox games and the Bananas play at Fenway Park. I put another in motion and will have it completed by the end of summer.

  11. Like Mr. Mayo (old and broke) I don’t think about it much either, BUT, a street bike or enduro would be off the charts. I’m simple like that.
    Started riding (in front) around 1960. Nothing better, except flying.
