  1. ‘Bout the only thing I could do would be move east. Water is easier to come by out near Halletsville… That landscape in the picture ain’t fun at all.

  2. I think it going to be worse than that was. it also looks like the end of the dollar as we knew it as well. 32 trillion in debit ? unreal amount of money. and the printing press keep right on going too. I get the bad feeling that once one goes, the dollar will not be far behind. any spare cash I have or get goes into food or stuff.
    not the bank account.

      • yep, every homeless person needs to be headed to California. it’s homeless paradise out their. free food, drugs and housing, you can walk into any store and get what you wan’t, for free!. don’t miss this opportunity. get in while you can. move there now before all of the sidewalk space is taken. i would suggest the lakes area. find a quiet cul-de sac..

  3. Try that in an electric vehicle.

Then again, try that in your microcar, your standard modern sedan, your fancy E-bike, on public transportation.

This is why we should fight against ride-sharing, public transportation and all other things that restrict our ability to buy and drive a gas powered vehicle of decent size.

  4. Its going to be much worse in 1930 the US population was 122 million and during the 1930’s 2.5million people migrated to escape the depression. Thays about 2% of the population displaced with 10% heading to california.

Current pop is 338 million; assuming same % is displaced then its 6.9 million desperate people looking for shelter and food, and given the times a lot will be less civil and more willing to steal than 90 years ago. In the 1930 there was almost no welfare, when the music stops there will be 59 million people suddenly with no government hand outs anymore; now 75% of those are seniors. Doing a little math there are between 7 and 8 million welfare recipients who are going to go ferral when the EBT card doesnt work. Thats a lot of desperate violent people looking to take what you have.

Also just because they are a kid doesn’t mean they are not a threat. Look uo how many ‘youths’ commit violent crimes daily and you’ll never turn your back again on a youth.

    • Funny thing about the stuff that is going broke. Social security is still going broke. They don’t mind telling us about that. But I don’t remember hearing about welfare is gonna go broke. The Entitled ones Are those of us who put money into the system they Told us we had to put money in and promised it would be there for us. I know, I know, just because they said it doesn’t mean it’s Gonna happen.
In the depression a much larger percentage of the population were living on farms or had family that were. The future has been looking sketchy for years. How they have kept the wheels on it this long amazes me. While half the country are harping on how Global Warming is gonna get us in twelve years, again,, I’m not seeing twelve more years of society making it.

      • Well, you’re going to see a considerable die-off thanks the The Jab, so there’s THAT factor as well…

  5. It’s already here.

More and more homeless on the street everyday.

More and more people living in their cars (which includes me).

Everyday, more and more people with a cardboard sign on a corner, begging.

Yesterday, I saw a man more pathetic than any I had ever seen in my life. Pitiful, hopeless, helpless, living on the street (challenged even!). There was nothing left of him. You had to see him to believe it.

I crushed my heart into dust. And then filled me with rage.

I have a five year old cargo van to live in. Bought it three months ago. For $30K! I have food to eat, and clothes to wear.

I’m one of the lucky ones. There are millions and millions being crushed into nothing.

    This will not end well.
