No argument there 😉. Muscle cars or Harley’s, it’s all good.
Give me some Mopar Heavy Metal!
Brilliant, thanks Don’t.
My car as a senior in HS was a Fiat Spider back in the 70’s. My nickname for it was the Pervertable, when the top went up the passenger went down.
And that’s why Dodge is ceasing production of the Challenger.
Can’t sell enough of ’em, too many soyboys out there.
Not that I ever had one, but my antique azz remembers the Datsun 210 from the early 70’s. 50 MPG with a carbureted engine and no compooter controls. Suck on that, Prius.
I had a 1988 Chevy Sprint with the 3 banger. I used it for my commute car, 35 miles one way. I got about 38 mpg new and in 1992 I had the engine rebuilt and hot-rodded, I had the 5 speed transaxle rebuilt and massaged with heavy duty components and race clutch. I had a two barrel Weber carb, a racing hi energy distributor and coil and a cam put in it. I replaced the 12″ wheels and tires with 13″ wheels/tires. At the time there was a shop that fast and furious-ed little Jap and Korean cars in Portland, Oregun. I had a little crotch rocket and my mpg went up to 46mpg… all with a carburetor and race oriented ignition. If throttle body fuel system was available I bet I would have gotten more mpg. Plus it was a fast little bugger.
I had an ’88 Geo Metro (which was a Suzuki Swift rebranded) and it got 55-59 mpg. 3 cylinder. Got rid of it at 88K miles.
Good little commuter car, but if I hit a chihuahua at any speed it would’ve totalled the car.
Igor, Geo Metros started in 1989 to 2001 and the Sprint was 1985 to 1988. I bet ya had an 1989.
Oltimers Disease.
That’s my story, I’m stickin’ to it.
Drove a Prius for years. Got plenty of “P”. Just ask my right hand…
