I’m still going through boxes and boxes of Ol’ Chuck’s crap that he had stashed in his garage.
It’s amazing some of the things I am finding and here is a small sample.
I haven’t bothered to clean them up, at this point all I have done was soak them in Panther Piss so I could get them opened up.

They were all buried in the bottom of a box full of crap.
Not discarded, just retired.
3 of them saw so much use and had been sharpened so many times that the tip of the blade won’t close enough to keep them guarded anymore.
1 of them even has 2 of the blades snapped clear off.

I think this one is my favorite out of the bunch and it still has some life left in it.

The stories they could tell, right?
The j Russell co made the R with arrow knife between 1875 and 1941. That is a good find.
Wow 😳
I had no idea it was that old.
Gonna have to clean that one up and keep it. Funny how that one caught my eye to begin with.
Wore out a mess of them. Might have me beat.
Wonder which was his first.
I have a few really old ones somewhere, just never got the urge to carry more’n one. Lost a few, as well.
Then multi-tools came along (the Swiss Army Knife is a joke) and I now won’t carry anything else.
All I want in life, is to have my wife gaze at me like you do with these trinkets.
Well if you rubbed her up and oiled her up like I do these trinkets she just might.
LOL!
